Andrew and I finally made it to the beach this weekend. Unfortunately, I was slightly unprepared and didn't bring a bathing suit or sunscreen. So, it was just me...sitting on a beach towel in a black maxi dress...using my scarf as a shawl to prevent my shoulders from being burned.
Needless to say, I probably brought dishonor to my native So-Cal roots. Oh well, perhaps the sun just isn't for me ... but my white legs might tell you otherwise.
Oh, I love that scarf and remember it from the catalog! It looks great on you! I am not a scarf person, but I kind of wish I could wear that one. :)
